3 easy steps to Gelato ice-cream

1. Mix 1.6 kg of MATERIA PRIMA (whole jar) with 2 lt of milk (cream flavours) or with 2 lt of water+fresh fruits (fruit flavours).
2. Pour the mix in the batch-freezer and run it for around 8 minutes.
3. Serve Gelato ice-cream immediately or shock-freeze it, so to give more structure.
